Sol Kitchen features hearty, healthy food made from scratch, featuring as many local, organic, and seasonal ingredients as possible. Our chef creates delicious offerings for eat-in, take-out, and catering.

OUR STORY

Sol Kitchen is part of Camphill Soltane, a non-profit organization and member of the international Camphill Movement. We work alongside adults with disabilities to create inclusive businesses, initiatives, and community gathering spaces. We are also dedicated to supporting other local non-profits and community groups through creative collaborations.

Our chef

Joseph Harkanson is a Culinary Institute of America trained chef with experience in restaurant management, event catering and creating health-oriented menus.
